Joe is originally from Brooklyn, NY, where the real estate bug caught him early, buying his first home at 21 and then his second at 23. He has owned multiple multi-family and single-family homes from Burlington to the coast, and it was after these properties that he realized he should become a licensed agent.
Joe has been a licensed agent since 2019, selling all over the Triangle to many families. He loves working with transplants, so he can discuss all the great things the area offers. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors. Outside of Real Estate, Joe holds two degrees in Information Technology and an MBA from the UNC system. He also owns a Healthcare Service company with locations across the Triangle and in Winston-Salem, as well as a healthcare software company, and he enjoys building, riding, and driving old motorcycles and cars.
